Le Plage

A short film in development.

The film is based on situations taking place in a post-apocalyptic landscape where only other than humans are left to roam after a disaster. The landscape is the beach that the fishermen have been forced to leave, and what is left of the human activity are the abandonded machines and the piles of rubbish where the animals search for food.

Le Plage is part of a body of work called Wretched Ground that was carried out in response to the ecologic situation around the city of Saint Louis, Senegal.
