How does a deer perceive the encounter with a human? Do they sense the shifting climate, and if so, do they associate these changes with humans? In this film the breath becomes the connecting rhythm linking human, animal, and landscape. Video footage merges with Double 8 film experiments whose mechanical irregularities introduce a tactile sense of time. The work reflects on attention, presence, and interspecies perception within an environment shaped by climate change.
